These legal notices apply to the whole Tralo ecosystem: the website and application available at tralo.fr, the help centre available at help.tralo.fr, as well as the public reading pages and associated services (together, the “Services”).

The Services are published by DigitConsult, a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU) with share capital of €500, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register and with the National Business Register under number 953 671 591 (registered office SIRET: 953 671 591 00014).

Requests for assistance, complaints and requests relating to personal data are received at that address. No physical reception of the public is provided at the registered office.

The web applications are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, a company incorporated under Cypriot law, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, Lumiel Building, 4th floor, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Telephone: +370 645 03378. Hostinger contact service.

The database, authentication and main storage of accounts, stories, images and statistics are operated by DigitConsult on a dedicated virtual private server hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Telephone: 1007 (from abroad: +33 9 72 10 10 07). That server is located in the OVHcloud data centre in Strasbourg, France. OVH acts as an infrastructure provider and not as publisher of the Services.

Details of the providers, processing operations, locations and transfer safeguards are set out in the privacy policy. Authentication in production is provided by a dedicated service operated by DigitConsult on that server, based on the open-source software Better Auth.

The name ‘Tralo’, the logos, the visual identity, the interfaces, the software, the editorial content, the databases and, more generally, the elements provided by DigitConsult are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, adaptation or use is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

Content created or imported by users remains their property. Its hosting and display are governed by the terms of use.

That same address is DigitConsult’s point of contact for users and for the authorities under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (the “DSA”). Communications may take place in French or in English. The notification, review, removal and challenge procedure is set out in the terms of use.

DigitConsult endeavours to maintain accurate information and accessible Services, but cannot guarantee that they will be free from errors or interruptions at all times. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; these websites remain the responsibility of their publishers. The limitations and warranties applicable to use and purchases are set out in the Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions.
