Yes: the Free plan is offered with no fixed time limit (3 active stories and 3 flashcard decks, no images), subject to announced Service changes. It is ideal for discovering Tralo. To go further, move to Essential or Pro. On monthly billing, the TRALO50 discount (−50% for 3 months) is applied automatically at checkout.
At any time, via your settings (Subscription & Invoices), without having to go through an external website: upgrade or downgrade your plan, switch between monthly and annual billing, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also download your invoices there.
The Essential (€5/month) and Pro (€9/month) plans are non-binding. With annual payment, you pay the equivalent of 10 months for 12: Essential at €50/year, Pro at €90/year, meaning you get 2 months free. The features are identical in both cases.
Essential raises the limit to 100 active stories and 100 flashcard decks, unlocks organisation (folders, export/import), scene analysis, and a history of 5 versions (the oldest is removed beyond that). No images: your stories live through text. Pro removes the limits (unlimited stories and flashcards), adds images, a history of 10 versions, advanced statistics (session detail and .csv export), and priority support.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe; Tralo never stores your credit card details. If a payment fails or you cancel your subscription, we’ll notify you by email: you’ll then have one month to resume your subscription or export all your work as a .zip file (including images), with reminders sent one week and then two days before the deadline. If no action is taken by this deadline, the content will be deleted, but your account will remain active.
School licences (Medium Team, Large Team, Multi-Team) are coming soon: annual licences, aligned with the school year, with quotes and invoicing via Chorus Pro for the public sector. The planned rates are shown above; contact us to be the first to know or to set up a pilot scheme.
No. Your pupils play your stories via a simple share link, without needing to register. You can protect this link with an access code to restrict it to your class.
Of course. Corporate training, onboarding, safety, treasure hunts, interactive fiction… if it can be told through choices, it can be created in Tralo.
