Yes: the Free plan is offered with no fixed time limit (3 active stories and 3 flashcard decks, no images), subject to announced Service changes. It is ideal for discovering Tralo. To go further, move to Essential or Pro. On monthly billing, the TRALO50 discount (−50% for 3 months) is applied automatically at checkout.
At any time, from your settings (Subscription & Billing), without going through an external site: upgrade or downgrade your plan, switch between monthly and annual billing, cancel, or reactivate your account. You can also download your invoices there.
The Essential (€5/month) and Pro (€9/month) plans have no commitment. With annual billing, you pay the equivalent of 10 months for 12: Essential at €50/year, Pro at €90/year. That’s 2 months free. The features are identical in both cases.
Essential raises the limit to 100 active stories and 100 flashcard decks, unlocks organization (folders, export/import), scene analysis, and a history of 5 versions (the oldest is removed beyond that). No images: your stories live through text. Pro removes the limits (unlimited stories and flashcards), adds images, a history of 10 versions, advanced statistics (session detail and .csv export), and priority support.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe; Tralo never stores your credit card information. If a payment fails or you cancel your subscription, we’ll notify you by email: you’ll then have one month to resume your subscription or export all your work as a .zip file (including images), with reminders one week and then two days before the deadline. If no action is taken by that time, the content will be deleted, but your account will remain active.
School licenses (Medium Team, Large Team, Multi-Team) are coming soon: annual licenses aligned with the school year, with quotes and billing through Chorus Pro for the public sector. The planned rates are listed above; contact us to be the first to know or to set up a pilot program.
No. Your students play your stories via a simple shareable link, without needing to sign up. You can protect this link with an access code to restrict it to your class.
Of course. Corporate training, onboarding, safety, scavenger hunts, interactive fiction… if it can be told through choices, you can create it in Tralo.
